(Prices based on 2 hours of rental. $25 will be charged for each additional hour)

• 1. Back Porch Space Only - $75
  • Includes two hours of back porch use ($25/hour after two hours)
    
    
• 2. Back Porch Space + drink service - $50 + $3/person
  • Back porch space as well as coffee, tea, water provided as requested
    
    
• 3. Back Porch Space, drink service, pastries - $50 + $5/person
  • Back porch space, drink service, and pastries as requested (includes combination of any three--brownies, blueberry muffins, mixed berry scones, maple pecan scones, spinach cheddar scones, chocolate chip cookies, gooey butter cake, and lemon bars)
    
    
• 4. Back Porch Space, drink service, lunch items - $50 + $7/person
  • Back porch space, drink service, and lunch items as requested (includes choice of/or mix, cold sandwiches, quiche, salads, pastries)

• 5. Back Porch Space, drink service, hot meal - $50 + $10/person
  • Back Porch space, drink service, and hot meal service as requested. A hot meal includes salad and a roll, main entrée, and brownie for dessert.

• Chicken Florentine
• Vegetable lasagna
• Meat lasagna
• Roast pork loin
• Meat loaf
• Chicken parmesan

Regular food items and specialty drinks are always for sale at the counter
